and with it the usual workload, cold winds and new television season to bitch about. That reminds me I have not yet have the time to recap the Japanese Spring season and the worst tv series I have ever seen in my life. But for now let us talk Terminator.

I love Sarah Connor Chronicles because there is so much wrong with it, it gives me something to write about until Lost resumes. Like the plot which is seemingly going nowhere, for once. Or the unattractive ladyfriends of one John C.
Or Shirley Manson.

I love Sarah Connor Chronicles because there is so much wrong with it, it gives me something to write about until Lost resumes. Like the plot which is seemingly going nowhere, for once. Or the unattractive ladyfriends of one John C.

Oh, Shirley Manson. Why couldn't you just keep singing, keep doing those cute charity things you do and we would keep loving you forever. Why did you have to come out of the urinal, overacting at times, underacting at times, but never just right, just as if somebody thought your beautiful accent will cover it all.
But just like things could perhaps get much better if Manson's role was given a bit more variety, a deeper approach to the Cameron character is killing her. See, Summer Glau is a perfect example of a girl whose attractiveness decreases expotentially with the level of emotion shown. Just like Sonim or Shinohara Ryoko, Summer is prettiest when she is badass, heartless and cold.
(Edit: Oh I totally deleted the perhaps unfair screencaps of Cameron with an ugly smiler while playing foosball and crying like a hurt badger remembering her past. But the faces are there. Check for yourselves. )
